July 17 & 18: The exam consists of two parts:
Part 1 – Contract Drafting (Thursday):
You will draft a complete International Sales Agreement by hand, based on the provided offer and your course materials.

The contract must be written with a pen and must not exceed 2 A4 sheets, recto-verso (maximum 4 pages).

Part 2 – Scenario-Based Problem Solving (Friday):
During class, you will receive four legal scenarios. You must choose and answer at least 3 out of the 4.

This part of the exam is open book — you may bring and use all your handwritten notes.

You will apply the CISG and your own drafted contract to analyze disputes and propose legal solutions.
