Apart from “Active class participation” (15% of final grade) and Quizzes on canvas (20% of final grade Contract Law 50 Questions - Specific Contracts 50 Questions - Employment Law 20 Questions - IP and Business Organizations 50 Questions) to be completed on or before 24 Mar 2024, 23:59 (Bangkok Time), you will be evaluated as follows:

 

  • Week 7: 20 and 22 February Topic: Specific Contracts

  • Week 8: 27 and 29 February Topic: IP

 

  • Week 9: 5 March Prepare the Case study (30% of final grade) covering Contract law - Specific contracts - Business organizations - Employment law - according to the instructions click here.

  • Week 9: 7 March presentation of case study

  • Week 10: March 12 presentation of case study - 13 (optional 11 am room A323 or 4pm room A319) – 14 presentation of case study

 

  • Week 11: Revision 20 (optional 2pm or 4pm room A319) - Final Assignment (35% of final grade) March 21 - Discussion (optional) March 22 at 10am or 12pm room A322
